Dunkin' in Munich

Stand in front of closed doors at 6:30 p.m. today, although normally open until 9 p.m. Hang without explanation just a * Closed * sign in the entrance. It's a shame because the donuts are otherwise very tasty.

It's just a shame that you first have to drive there to find out that the shop closes at 6 p.m. Just drove an extra 50km to get hold of some delicious donuts and then that ... especially since everything else around is normally open. An info online, on the site or by phone call (if the numbers are busy), if you want to find out more would be nice.

The background noise (unavoidable because the train station) is very impractical when ordering and the somewhat fragile German of the staff makes it even more cumbersome, but the quality of the donuts is absolutely great. The professionalism of the staff and their good mood generally ensure a pleasant shopping experience. You shouldn't let yourself be fooled by the fact that "few" donuts can be seen at first glance, as a second counter is somewhat hidden and ready to choose from. The coffee is also recommended.

Staff could be friendlier but otherwise ok

Unfortunately only one star. Today I waited 5 minutes to order. No employee visible. Left without coffee. That annoyed me very much. A pity...

Always very friendly. Advised very well. Coffee tastes great. Has its price, but tastes like a bomb. The donuts are delicious too. Especially on Monday, the seller was super nice and sweet. Around 4.30 p.m. He received me very nicely. :)

Extremely slow staff, it takes ages to serve customers. Donuts in the evening often very dry, hardly edible. Bad selection during the day, not many. Better to go one floor down to the rischart and eat something real than the sugar-coated cake ...

Very bad to good to go experience! Picked up the order on September 18th at 6pm and received 6 dough blanks without filling or anything else! Makes real sense for 4 euros ... Once and never again this store, you can fool someone else ...

Unfortunately this store is slacking off quite a bit. We have been coming back here for a good 5 years now and have had to realize that there has been more and more neglect here recently. You don't know what which Dounut is because the labels are missing. Everything very loveless and stuffy. Hopefully this little store won't be forgotten.

I gave up buying my cappuccinos here! Since they are unfortunately anything but good and the service in the morning is not exactly good, I prefer not to drink coffee!

Big disappointment, in the afternoon at 4:00 p.m. 7 pieces of micron donuts of two kinds. No selection at all. I won't go there again.

After 3 tries I gave it up !! Apart from the fact that I always feel like in the Kanaken district where everyone hangs like in a leisure home, I also get a really miserable cappuccino every time. Allegedly because the coffee machine is not serviced (statement by an employee)

Very, very delicious coffee like donuts and super nice staff. Unfortunately, the ambience leaves something to be desired. Some lights flicker, others go off. Shabby cordoned off private area that used to be available to customers. If you spiced it up a bit, there would be more customers in the café and it would be worth 5 stars.

Dunkin's donuts and coffee are a pleasant blend. Similar to any Dunkin in Munich. However, there are fewer varieties than Dunkin in Korea.

Everyone was so friendly and nice to me. Was very well recommended. The donuts looked good and the drink was made very fast but with quality. To recommend.

Only two stars for tasty Donuts. Donuts good but… We tried to use their coupons in this branch but staff said it is not possible to use it. Why having coupons if staff do not know what to do with them. We bought donuts because we had promised to our children they will get some. I am not coming back to Dunkin Donuts again. There is a lot of other possibilities for better desserts nearby.

You can eat the donuts but I have had better elsewhere ... But what was really amazing was the coffee! Best an Americano or take a ground French Vanilla for the local coffee machine! Tastes like in America!
